Surgical Nursing Director: Lead Care & Operations
Center for Advanced Surgery (11100)
Center for Advanced Surgery is seeking a Clinical Director to lead nursing operations at our ambulatory surgery center. You will supervise staff, coordinate patient care with pre-op, PACU, and the business office, and work with physicians to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.
You will implement policies, manage hiring and training, monitor infection control and life safety, and participate in emergency drills. A comprehensive benefits package is provided to eligible employees.
