CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal customer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The CSR serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Requirements ANSWER INCOMING CUSTOMER CALLS, EMAILS, AND MESSAGES. ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING PRODUCTS, SERVICES, ORDERS, AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION. RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS. DOCUMENT CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS ACCURATELY IN COMPANY SYSTEMS. PROCESS ORDERS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND SERVICE REQUESTS. ESCALATE UNRESOLVED ISSUES TO THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENT. FOLLOW COMPANY POLICIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS. MAINTAIN A PROFESSIONAL AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE DURING ALL CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS. Qualifications HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED. PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
EXCELLENT PROBLEM-SOLVING AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
BASIC COMPUTER PROFICIENCY AND EXPERIENCE WITH CRM SYSTEMS PREFERRED. ABILITY TO MULTITASK AND WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT. Ready to take your career to new heights?
