The Pump House is a renowned culinary destination known for its elevated Southern cuisine, breathtaking views of the Catawba River, and a commitment to providing unparalleled hospitality. Our team is dedicated to creating memorable moments for our guests through delectable dishes, impeccable service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with guests, showing gracious hospitality, and choregraphing an exceptional dining experience.
- Providing recommendations based on guest preferences and thorough knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.
- Anticipating guests' needs and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the dining experience. We are about building relationships above a transactional experience.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless timing and accurate service.
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with genuine care and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a server in a high-end dining or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of elevated cuisine and a passion for delivering authentic hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
