Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Leadership/preceptor experience preferred. Coordinate unit workflow; rounds and oversight. Perform/oversee assessments and documentation. Staff education and consultation; medication safety. Risk prevention; communicate with residents/families. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling. Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices. Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment. Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
