Oracle MDM Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document MDM requirements across domains such as customer, supplier, product, employee, or finance master data.
- Design and support MDM solution architecture, data models, workflows, match and merge rules, hierarchy management, and data stewardship processes.
- Configure and implement MDM tools and platforms based on project requirements and enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with data governance, business, integration, and application teams to define data quality rules, validation checks, and remediation processes.
- Support data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, migration, and consolidation activities.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, process flows, data mapping documents, and operational support guides.
- Analyse data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Support integrations between MDM platforms and downstream or upstream systems such as ERP, CRM, data warehouse, and reporting platforms.
