We’re looking for skilled individuals who can safely and efficiently operate a variety of equipment such as blades, dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, water trucks, etc. What You’ll Do Safety is our top priority; as an Operator, you’ll keep a keen eye for hazards to keep yourself and the team out of harm’s way. Operate a diverse range of heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, blades, haul trucks, water trucks, and dozers, for everything from precise excavation to smooth paving prep. Ensure safe slopes on excavations, proper barricading, and compliance with trenching and shoring standards. Every day presents new challenges; you’ll tackle them head‑on, whether it’s troubleshooting equipment issues or adapting to changing site conditions, using your quick‑think skills. Travel from interstate highways to rural dirt roads from various locations.
