Job Duties

• Assisting physicians in performing procedures in endoscopy area, GI lab
• Administering medications and monitoring vital signs and medications
• Providing health education, procedure instruction/information to patients and families
• Acting as liaison between the MDs, the patients (including the family and staff members), schedulers, clinic staff and UCLA and non-UCLA physicians involved with the patients' healthcare
• Providing up-to-date patient status reporting to the physicians and nurse supervisor by presenting laboratory or procedural results either in written or verbal form as well as conveying information from patients

Salary range: $65.76 $97.76 hourly.
