You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Enterprise Architect oversees multiple dimensions of assigned applications and/or capabilities including but not limited to stability, life cycle management, version control, design and development of technology solutions, mapping of business requirements to capability oriented technical requirements, and ensuring Technology solutions to business needs are developed in accordance with the enterprise architectural roadmap, guidelines, and standards.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages end to end from conception, through delivery, into production of enterprise architecturesPartners with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutionsLeads the design and modeling of tactical architectures for delivery, development, and support of projectsDesigns both the physical and logical components of solution architectures that will deliver a positive business outcomeCollaborates with other domain architects to provide a consensus based scalable and adaptable architectural solutionOversees technical analysis and design capabilitiesFacilitates technology design workshops for emerging technologiesValidates designs produced by third party vendors wishing to sell solutions to the organizationAligns IT strategy and planning with the company’s business goals and objectivesPromotes the use of a shared infrastructure and application roadmap to reduce costs and improve how information flowsCollaborates on roadmaps to align information technology priorities with business partner requirements and strategiesBuilds and maintains technical trusted advisor relationships with influential technical decision makers within TechnologyWorks with developers to ensure that technical solutions align with the overall Information Technology architecture frameworks and design guidelinesWorks with Portfolio technology leaders to include technical debt initiatives to portfolio roadmapOversees data integration and configurationProvides consultation on the most complex projectsLeads the work of othersPartners across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security, effectively mitigating risk to levels within the company’s risk appetite Practices disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or services and ensures appropriate updates to procedures, training, and controls are made accordingly This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field and ten (10) years of enterprise, solutions and/or technical architecture experienceExperience of N-tier architectures and complex design architecturesExperience with technical, application, and information architecture delivery techniques and methodologiesExperience with Agile methodsRequired Certifications/LicensuresCertifications in the technology domain of the enterpriseSkills and CompetenciesAbility to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance An understanding of, and ability to use, design patterns to steer business requirements into enterprise wide technical strategiesAwareness and ability to document designs using internal and external notational standards (Business Process Model and Notation {BPMN}, Unified Modeling Language {UML})Hands on the keyboard depth in one or more popular programming languages like Java, Go, C#, Rust, Python, etc.Knowledge of security design techniquesUnderstanding the technology of the organization, e.g. Middleware, .NET, Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Oracle, etc.Working knowledge of modern Operating Systems (Linux/Windows), Networking, Servers/Mainframe, Secure Coding Practices, Development Environments (Java/.Net), Databases (DB2/Oracle/SQL Server)Regions is looking for an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to help develop and refine the business and technology strategy for Marketing, Sales, and Service.Preferred Qualifications: Experience helping define the business and technical strategy for Marketing, Sales, and Service in the banking industry Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, with the ability to define how Salesforce should be optimally designed and used across the enterpriseEstablishes enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails to ensure scalable, secure, and governed implementationsTranslates business strategy into a Salesforce capability roadmap, aligning platform usage to customer experience, growth, and digital transformation goalsActs as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, guiding decisions on when and how to leverage Salesforce vs. other platformsProven experience serving as an Enterprise Architect within a financial services organization driving enterprise technology strategy and architecture decisionsDemonstrated success leading or supporting Salesforce implementations in financial services environmentsThis position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$170,048.45 USDMedian:$209,120.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan.
