Compensation: $70 - $95 per Hour

We're currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Direct Care Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team serving Virginia Beach (23462), Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, and surrounding Hampton Roads areas.

About the Role

As a Direct Care BCBA, you'll provide hands-on ABA therapy services in natural environments including homes, schools, daycare centers, and community settings. You'll work closely with families and caregivers to create meaningful progress and lasting outcomes for every child you support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with autism

• Implement, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress

• Make real-time clinical decisions using data-driven practices

• Conduct parent and caregiver coaching to support skill development outside of sessions

• Build collaborative relationships with families, schools, and community providers

• Maintain accurate documentation, treatment notes, and clinical records

• Support clients in achieving meaningful social, communication, behavioral, and adaptive living goals

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism is preferred

• Passion for direct client care and family-centered services

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

• Reliable transportation for travel throughout Virginia Beach and surrounding Hampton Roads communities
