Position Overview:

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Cardiology to join a dynamic multi-specialty practice in NYC Borough, NY. This role is open to experienced NPs, offering the chance to provide high-quality cardiac care in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cardiovascular assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams to manage chronic and acute cardiac issues.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., echocardiograms, Holter monitors).
• Educate patients on heart health, lifestyle modifications, and medication management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with practice standards.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active NY State Nurse Practitioner License; Board Certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient cardiology Nurse Practitioner experience in an outpatient setting.
• Travel:  Must be open to traveling within the boroughs of NY
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EHR systems, cardiac diagnostics (e.g., EKG, stress tests), and treatment protocols.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
