Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Administer nursing care to patients in a home setting
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and care processes

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• PALS within 180 days of hire
• TNCC within 18 months of hire
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
