Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM- 5 PM

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required

Associate or bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and MS Outlook

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prepare reports, assign tasks, follow instructions, and manage vendor communications

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels

Leadership skills with the ability to manage challenges and support team operations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

Ability to identify process improvements and contribute creative solutions

Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Coordinate internal events for customers, VIPs, and guests

Arrange hotel accommodations and shuttle transportation prior to events

Coordinate catering services and on-site event logistics

Assist with guest visitor arrangements and support

Maintain adequate inventory levels of office supplies

Conduct price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions

Manage and track usage of company-owned electric vehicles (EVs)

Ensure company vehicles remain clean, maintained, and operational

Maintain records of individuals staying in company condos

Submit invoices and documentation through the MRO system

Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers and clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
