Professional Affairs, Oral Health Lead

Position Summary: The Manager, Professional Affairs – Oral Care is responsible for developing and leading stakeholder engagement strategies within the dental professional ecosystem to advance Kenvue’s oral health portfolio. The role builds and activates long‑term, science‑based relationships with priority stakeholders—dentists, periodontists, hygienists, academic institutions, and professional associations—to drive education, co‑creation, and advocacy. Reporting To: Head of Professional Affairs Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit (Hybrid work model) Key Responsibilities Develop and own stakeholder engagement strategy to expand advocacy and partnership across the oral healthcare ecosystem. Build and manage high‑impact partnerships across dental communities, including key opinion leaders (KOL), dental & hygiene schools, faculty, and academic leaders. Translate external and clinical insights into recommendations for brand and medical strategies. Identify emerging voices and new partnership opportunities. Lead key opinion leader advisory boards and expert engagement. Co‑create HCP and public health educational content with key opinion leaders and professional associations. Represent Kenvue in professional forums, conferences, and serve as a credible voice in oral health. Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Insights teams. Drive early‑career engagement programs. Build and maintain a dynamic stakeholder map. Required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience managing KOL relationships. Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills. Understanding of the oral care ecosystem. Strategic thinking and execution skills. Strong cross‑functional collaboration. Scientific acumen and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or higher degree preferred (DDS/DMD, RDH or related field also considered). Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary: $124,100.00 – $175,200.00 (adjusted for location, skills, experience, education level, and job‑related factors).
