BrightStar Care is hiring experienced Caregivers and Home Care Aides!

Are you a compassionate, dependable Caregiver or Home Care Aide (HCA) who takes pride in providing exceptional one-on-one care? BrightStar Care is looking for caring professionals to join our team and provide high-quality in-home care to clients in our community.

We offer 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts , with daytime, evening, weekend, and other scheduling options available.

Flexible per diem scheduling - choose shifts that work with your availability.

• $21–$24 per hour

• Additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts - earn up to $26/hour

As a Caregiver with BrightStar Care, you will provide personalized, compassionate support that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care assistance

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction

• Prepare meals and follow dietary needs or preferences

• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and activities

• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment

• Provide mobility and transfer assistance as appropriate

• Observe and report changes in a client's condition

• Document completed tasks and create accurate care notes for each visit

• Follow the client's individualized plan of care

• Maintain client privacy and follow all HIPAA requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable and insured vehicle

• Current CPR certification

• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray

• Registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry 

• 1+ year of professional Caregiver, Home Care Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or similar experience preferred

• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care

• Ability to reliably arrive on time for scheduled shifts
