Responsibilities Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in your daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors. Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients/families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the CNA team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher. High level of analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care. Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
