Our organization is thrilled to invite a generalist to become part of our growing program in New Smyrna Beach, located along the beautiful coast of Florida. The selected physician will enjoy a strong referral network, access to two Da Vinci robotic systems, and a clinic conveniently situated within walking distance of the hospital. With shared call responsibilities, a developing regional network, and support from the Daytona Beach team, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a harmonious blend of independent practice and collaborative development. Hospital Highlights:

• Modern facilities in a hospital with approximately 100 beds
• Access to an outpatient surgery center at the nearby Daytona Beach facility
• A new replacement hospital is currently being built, with an expected completion date in 2029

Practice Highlights:

• The incoming urologist will join 1.5 employed urologists
• This is a general urology position, with support for subspecialty interests within a general practice framework
• Robotic training is preferred but not mandatory
• The clinic is located directly across the street from the hospital
• Two Da Vinci robotic systems available on-site (DV5 and Xi)
• 1:3 call rotation
• Supportive staff, including medical assistants and advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Dedicated operating room and clinic time
• Electronic medical records system is Epic
• Open to candidates on J1 and H-1B visas
