Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing open and closed procedures. Experience with TAMBE and PMEG is required, and candidates will be automatically declined if they do not possess this experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Cardiac Cath Lab performing thoracoabdominal branch endoprosthesis and physician modified endovascular grafts.
• Administer moderate sedation and monitor sedation levels and gtt titration.
• Work collaboratively with the charge nurse and support within the department.
• Float to assist within the Cath Lab for peripheral and structural procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS certifications are required.
• Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing licensure.
• Must have experience in a Cath Lab; ICU experience is preferred.
• Experience with endovascular procedures, specifically TAMBE and PMEG.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
