Diverse Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing facility in Indianapolis. These positions support general production operations across multiple areas of the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while working an extended shift schedule when required.

Job Duties:
Support general production and manufacturing operations
Assist with production line activities and material handling
Follow safety, quality, and production standards
Work in different production areas as assigned
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform additional production-related duties as needed


Must-Have Requirements:
Must be able to read and write English
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to work extended shifts as needed based on production demands
Willingness to work occasional Saturdays


PPE Required:
Steel-toe shoes
Safety glasses


Work Environment:
This position works in a manufacturing production environment where employees are expected to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks while meeting production goals.
