This role is responsible for completing intake, determining program eligibility, and ensuring that each participant file contains accurate and complete documentation in accordance with contract requirements. Work is performed under the supervision of the Program Manager.Your Impact on Career Team's Success:Serve as the first point of contact for community members and jobseekers interested in WIOA, TANF, and SNAP workforce servicesComplete intake and eligibility determination for assigned workforce programsCollect, verify, and document all required eligibility information in accordance with Federal, State, local, and corporate policiesEnter data into WIT and process applicants through any participant information system as requiredMaintain accurate individual case files in WIT, assuring each file contains all required eligibility documents and meets compliance requirementsSchedule appointments and refer eligible participants to the appropriate Career Advisor or programProvide clear information to applicants regarding program services, requirements, and next stepsFollow all policies, procedures, and regulations related to eligibility documentationSupport orientation sessions and other group presentations for new participantsMaintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling participant informationComplete all required reports within the data management systemApproach each day and task with a "ZAG" mindsetOther duties and projects as neededThis position is expected to be a HYBRID position.
