Job Details:

• Location: Rochelle Park, New Jersey

• Required Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS Certification required prior to first shift (CIRH only); minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience; minimum one (1) year of ICU experience.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The nurse performs comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, develops individualized care plans, initiates discharge planning, documents all patient care activities accurately, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes. The RN provides supervision and training to ancillary personnel, maintains safety standards, and participates in team-building activities to foster a positive work environment.
