About the Position
Join our growing healthcare team providing patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Bainbridge, Georgia. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, no call or overnight responsibilities, and the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and facility staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.
Additional Opportunities Nationwide: Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
Position Highlights
- Part-time with flexible scheduling
- Six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- No call or overnight shifts
- Average 15–20 patient visits per day
- Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Company-provided iPad with LTE

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification, Nurse Practitioners: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN. Physician Assistants: NCCPA
- Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
