WeLink Communications is looking for a Business-to-Business Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the small and medium-sized business market. This is a field-based sales position for someone who is confident in meeting business owners and decision-makers face-to-face, can ramp up a customer pipeline, and is motivated by the opportunity to expand an already established business into new markets. 

We're looking for more than someone who can simply follow a sales script. We want someone who can walk into a business, introduce themselves professionally, ask the right questions, understand a customer's needs, and confidently present a solution.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new SMB customers through in-person visits and boots on the ground business development..
• Identify businesses that may benefit from WeLink's internet and connectivity solutions.

• Conduct professional, consultative sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present WeLink's solutions in a clear, confident, and compelling manner.
• Explain the value of WeLink's service and differentiate our solutions from traditional providers.

• Take responsibility for building and growing your assigned territory.
• Manage your own schedule and prospecting activity.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Consistently work toward sales goals and revenue targets.

• Work collaboratively with sales leadership and internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience from initial contact through installation.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience selling SMB or MDU is a major plus as we are looking for professionals who have demonstrated the ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close business. 

The right candidate will be:

• Experienced: Previous B2B, outside sales, business development, telecommunications, technology, or similar sales experience.
• Articulate: Able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in person and over the phone.
• Hungry: Motivated by competition, achievement, and the opportunity to earn based on performance.
• Self-directed: Able to manage your territory, schedule, prospecting, and pipeline without constant supervision.
• Relationship-oriented: Able to establish credibility quickly and develop long-term business relationships.
• Goal-driven: Consistently works toward and strives to exceed sales objectives.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use CRM and other sales technology.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

Paid Training
Start with 5 days of paid training at $110 per day while you learn our products, sales process, and market strategy.

Uncapped Commission
Your six figure earning potential is directly tied to your performance, with an uncapped commission structure designed to reward successful sales professionals.

90-day ramp up Support
In addition to the uncapped commissions, you will be paid a $2,000/month stipend for the first 90-days of employment while you get your feet wet and grow your pipeline.
