Start your new career as an Engine Assembler with MAU at Rolls Royce in Graniteville, SC. As an Engine Assembler, you will play a key role in building and assembling engine systems and components to meet quality and performance standards. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or trade school preferred
3+ years of experience in durable goods assembly, manufacturing, or automotive/mechanical trades
Ability to lift 26-50 lbs.
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with engine systems and blueprints
Basic PC, math, and communication skills
ASE or CSE certification - preferred
Flexibility to work overtime and various shifts as needed

What You'll Do as an Engine Assembler:

Align and position engine components using hoists or manual methods
Assemble, fasten, and install piping, fixtures, wiring, and subassemblies
Inspect and test finished assemblies for conformance to specifications
Use tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers to verify part accuracy
Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and control plans
Repair or replace defective components and rework assemblies as needed
Maintain and lubricate mechanical systems and gearboxes
Document work progress and communicate updates to Team Leader
Follow OSHA and company safety standards
Support cross-functional production tasks and special projects
Uphold the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct
