About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Emergency Department travel experience License: Active RN license Certifications: ACLS BLS CPI NIHSS PALS TNCC Must-Have: Charting Experience in Meditech Experience in a General Emergency Department (Adult/Pediatric) Ability to manage EKG readings and monitoring Skills in blood product administration and IV management Description: The role requires an RN to work night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. Every other weekend will be required. Holidays may be needed as per the staffing requirements. Medical care will be provided to critically ill and injured patients. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of Emergency Department needs. Skills in maintaining personal protective equipment and performing triage are essential. The candidate should be comfortable working with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Collaboration with interdisciplinary support services will be part of the role. Candidates will be expected to comply with all facility policies, including fit testing for PPE. A zero-tolerance policy for THC is enforced. Medical marijuana cards will not be accepted. Compliance documentation is a requirement for all travelers.
