We are hiring professional Security Officers to protect an ultra-luxury residential community in Pompano Beach, FL. If you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment, we want to hear from you.

This position is ideal for security professionals who enjoy working in a high-end residential setting where professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail are essential.

What You'll Do

As a Luxury Residential Security Officer, you will:

Control resident and visitor access using established security procedures
Verify identification and authorize entry for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols to identify safety or security concerns
Monitor property activity and report suspicious or unusual incidents
Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies, alarms, medical incidents, and security situations
Prepare accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional security presence
Build positive relationships with residents, guests, and property staff

Qualifications

Required:

Valid Florida Class D Security License
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred:

Previous security experience
Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, hotel, condominium, or customer service environments
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
