Administer medications and perform clinical treatments as required. Support residents in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care programs. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and revise personalized care plans. Oversee the activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care.
