Graduate Admissions Coach

Providing personalized guidance to graduate school applicants, the part-time Graduate Admissions Coach will manage a cohort of 5 to 10 students, conduct advising sessions via Zoom, and support clients through the entire admissions process in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Communicate regularly with applicants to assess their needs and goals for graduate school admissions Conduct 60-minute advising sessions and manage application deadlines and tasks for each applicant Mentor applicants through the writing process for application materials and provide interview preparation support Required qualifications Former admissions experience at an accredited graduate school is strongly preferred Graduated from or worked at a top-tier graduate school and/or a top 50 undergraduate institution Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. and UK graduate application processes Experience in an educational or academic support role, such as advising or counseling Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applicants throughout the admissions cycle
