Senior Software Engineer (Python, AI)

Salary: $200,000 - 225,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a software engineer with 5+ years of engineering experience and deep expertise in Python development.
• We need strong systems design skills and hands-on experience with relational databases.
• You should have proven experience using AI and agentic tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor to accelerate development.
• Experience designing, building, and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user environments is required.
• You should be comfortable moving between rapid prototyping and stable production delivery.
• We expect experience writing technical design documents, conducting code reviews, and maintaining modern engineering practices.
• You must be able to understand client business problems and communicate the business impact of technical solutions.
• We are looking for a collaborative, solutions-oriented team player who aligns with our ambitious, empathetic culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You should be a self-starter with a strong drive to solve difficult, previously unsolved problems.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback are important.
• Extensive experience across the full feature development lifecycle, including scope definition and database schema design, is strongly preferred.

• We will have you build a complex multi-tenant enterprise SaaS application that transforms application workflows.
• You will develop and maintain the backend REST server that supplies machine learning data and business intelligence.
• You will own the full lifecycle of designing, building, and launching enterprise applications.
• You will work on greenfield initiatives with a high degree of ownership.
• You will collaborate directly with our head of product, data science team, UX designers, and end users.
• You will help shape the future of our products, including technology decisions and roadmap planning.
• You will bring technical expertise, introduce best practices, improve consistency across teams, and help prioritize features for greater client impact.
• You will continue developing your engineering skills while focusing on business problems involving large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
