Required Qualifications

Phlebotomist, Laboratory Experience: 2 years Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References: 2 References in entire work history Large hospital experience (250+ beds), newborn & pedi phleb, pediatric and heel stick experience required. Must have Beaker/Rover experience.
