Weekend On-Call Nurse

Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for making a difference? We're looking for a Weekend On-Call Nurse to provide exceptional care and comfort to our patients in hospice and home health.

What We're Looking For: Current Colorado Nursing License Strong clinical and communication skills Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care Experience in hospice and home health preferred.

Ideal Candidate To ensure timely response to patient needs, the ideal candidate will reside in La Junta or within a 15-minute drive of La Junta.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid non-restricted RN license in the state of Colorado is required.
• Must have a valid non-restricted driver's license.
• Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.
• At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience preferred.
