Our clinical leadership and intake teams are available for real-time field support when you need orders or coordination.Compensation & BenefitsTarget Compensation: $135,000 – $156,000 per yearBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Pet InsuranceRetirement: 401(k) with Employer MatchingPerks: Paid Time Off (Up to 10 days, with clear accrual policies), Vehicle Reimbursement, or Company Vehicle options.Your RoleManage Your Caseload: Perform comprehensive nursing assessments (OASIS), including Start of Care, Recertifications, and Discharges.Skilled Care: Administer medications, provide wound care (including Wound Vacs), and manage IV therapies.Coordinate: Act as the primary point of contact for physicians and the interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST) to ensure the care plan is working.Educate: Empower patients and families to manage their conditions safely at home.Document: Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes on company-issued iPads.RequirementsLicense: Current, active California RN License is REQUIRED to apply. Applications without a valid CA license number will not be reviewed.Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience required. Home Health experience is preferred, but we are willing to train strong hospital/SNF nurses.Travel: Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.Skills: Strong clinical judgment, organization, and the ability to work independently.
