Process Specialist

You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and recordkeeping. Responsibilities Enter variety of data using current technology. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes. Review and enter data updates in the systems. Review discrepancies in data received. Provide effective communication daily with clients, vendors and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner in person, telephonically or via email. Performs other duties as required (i.e., printing and scanning documents, proofing documents, etc.). Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller. Serve as backup in a team member’s absence and assist other teams when required. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, data entry or other related fields. Excellent typing skills. Strong organizational skills. Deadline and detail oriented. Physical Demands & Work Environment: Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
