Providing essential administrative support, the full-time Human Resources Administrator will manage data entry, file organization, and onboarding logistics in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain digital personnel files and HR document archives Assist with onboarding by sending welcome emails and verifying pre-employment paperwork Sort and direct HR inquiries and prepare employee verifications of employment Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 6+ months of experience in office administration, data entry, or customer service Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Google Workspace Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data tasks Commitment to privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
