Job Description
- Reportando al Director de Operaciones, el candidat/a seleccionada serà responsable de:
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de los 5 hoteles, asegurando que funcionen de manera eficiente y que se ofrezca una excelente experiencia a los huéspedes.
- Gestionar los equipos de los hoteles, proporcionando orientación y motivación, y garantizando altos estándares de rendimiento en todas las propiedades.
- Actuar como el principal punto de contacto con los propietarios de los edificios donde se encuentran los hoteles, asegurando actualizaciones regulares y resolviendo cualquier inquietud.
- Asegurar que los hoteles cumplan con los objetivos presupuestarios y los KPIs operativos, enfocándose en la rentabilidad y el control de costos.
- Monitorear los comentarios de los huéspedes, implementar mejoras y mantener altos niveles de satisfacción, con un énfasis particular en las habitaciones y servicios a los huéspedes.
- Liderar el proceso de reclutamiento, formación y desarrollo profesional del personal para mantener un equipo motivado y eficiente.
The Successful Applicant
- Licenciado / Dimplomado en Hosteleria, Económicas, ADE o similar.
- Experiencia previa como Cluster Manager, Area Manager o en puestos similares gestionando múltiples hoteles (2-5 propiedades), preferiblemente en el segmento urbano y hoteles lifestyle / casual.
- Capacidad probada para liderar equipos, impulsar el rendimiento y garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción de los empleados.
- Actitud proactiva y orientada a la solución, capaz de gestionar los retos cotidianos en un entorno de rmucho dinamimso.
- Fluidez en español e inglés
- El candidato/a debe tener capacidad de reubicación a Miami.
