Program Manager - Outpatient Location: The Oaks at Brownsburg – Brownsburg, IN Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient. Lovely community – work with higher functioning residents. Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN (consistent PRN opportunities available) Schedule: Monday to Friday; no weekends, no evenings. We’re looking for a customer‑focused professional who enjoys building relationships and has ambition to join as the “go‑to” manager for customers, residents, and staff. Responsibilities Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling. Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager and support the team.
