Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually + Bonus

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support business leaders and employees in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR policies, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
\n
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
\n
• Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
\n
• Maintain accurate employee records and support OFCCP compliance.
\n
• Coordinate employee separations and conduct exit interviews.
\n
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
\n
• Support HR initiatives and special projects.
\n

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including staffing or recruiting.
\n
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
