Now Hiring: HVAC Installer
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and related components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions
- Ensure all installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Perform system testing to ensure proper functionality after installation
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Travel to various job sites throughout Minneapolis and surrounding areas
- 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (required for travel between job sites)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments (attics, rooftops, etc.)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
