What You ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN coverage for a 268-bed hospital
• Manage 1-3 deliveries per shift, with callbacks averaging 8-12 hours
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Document patient information using Cerner EMR system
• Respond to 24-hour beeper calls and handle emergency situations
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards
• Support patient education and safety initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Arizona medical license or IMLC
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in OB/GYN

Preferred:

• Experience working in hospital settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
