Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule: Nights 12 hours

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Recent acute care hospital experience (within the past 2 years)
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS (not required to be active at submission, but must be willing to obtain)
• Oregon license (not required to be active at submission, but must be willing to obtain)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Apply the nursing process to the care of patients within the scope of practice.
• Educate patients and their significant others about health conditions and care.
• Document patient care accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall patient care.
