In this full-time role (37.5 hours per week), you’ll be responsible for conducting assessments, planning and implementing therapy sessions, and working closely with teachers and families. The assignment is expected to run from ASAP through May 28, 2027, making it ideal for professionals seeking a stable, impactful placement. Your expertise as a school-based SLP—especially those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)—will be instrumental in supporting student growth in communication skills.

Desired Background & Experience:

• Active North Carolina SLP license required
• Previous school-based SLP experience (preferably several years)
• Expertise in ECATS documentation and processes
• On-site availability only—teletherapy or remote candidates cannot be considered
• Familiarity with group and individual therapy models within an education setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations
• Develop and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ communication needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions to students
• Maintain accurate documentation using ECATS
