Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an institution accredited by relevant boards.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if ASHA certification is not yet acquired.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of commencement of employment.
