Clinical Supervisor

Description Connect Pediatrics is hiring immediately for a Clinical Supervisor in our Corpus office. The role involves leading new nurse orientations, completing in‑home check‑offs, assisting in nurse/patient relationship management, building brand awareness, and educating patients and caregivers. The Clinical Supervisor follows agency policies, physician orders, Medicaid regulations, and will help increase patient census. Ability to relate positively with patients and staff. Good oral and written communication and documentation skills. Minimum of 2 professional references. Current CPR certificate from AHA or other approved source that meets AHA guidelines. Ability to comply with all policies and procedures outlined in employee handbook. Responsibilities / Essential Functions Demonstrate efficient teamwork with staff. Demonstrate organizational and time‑management skills. Support quality improvement practices. Perform nursing procedures per agency policy. Monitor reactions and patient progress using observation, assessment, and evaluation skills. Educate patients and family members according to disease process, medications, treatment options, and home care procedures. Follow Medicaid regulations. Coordinate and monitor patient care and services. Comply with HIPAA regulations in and out of the office. Follow infection control policy. Document skilled care according to Medicaid guidelines. Maintain patient records per policy and procedures. Participate in in‑services, workshops, seminars, and self‑study courses annually.
