Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The COTA will work with patients to implement therapy plans that improve their ability to perform daily activities. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality care in a long-term care setting.Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday to Friday (flexible days available - must work 5 days per week)Location: City, StateAssist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.Provide therapeutic services to patients, focusing on rehabilitation and improving daily living skills.Monitor patient progress and report to occupational therapists.Educate patients and families about treatment plans and assistive devices.Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Current National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.Active state license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and a commitment to the well-being of our staff and patients.If you are a compassionate and skilled COTA looking to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
