Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the operating room setting. The candidate will support various surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist with surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Monitor patient vital signs and reactions throughout surgeries.
• Prepare surgical instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth workflow and patient care.
• Document patient status, procedures, and post-operative care accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with current certification in good standing.
• Possess at least 2 years of OR experience in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating room protocols, including Craniotomy and burr hole procedures.
• Ability to pass facility-mandated drug screening and background checks.
• Available to complete required lab and documentation within specified deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
