Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to: Warehouse/Internal Logistics SupervisorThe work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NCYour role and responsibilities:Sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines.Picking components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets.Executing routine activities according to established procedures.Transporting boxes, and being responsible for various other collection, storage, and warehouse activities.Qualifications for the role:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferredKnowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as neededAbility to lift, push and pull up to 40lbsCandidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.Why ABB?ABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
