Directly supervises regular full-time, part-time, and flexible category employees
Plans and schedules work to be accomplished by subordinates
Sets priorities and quarterly/annual goals
Resolves work problems and implements ways to improve production/quality of work within the department
Identifies developmental and training needs of employees and provides or arranges for needed training
This is an emergency-designated position
