Lead Swim Instruction & Training Coach
Premier Swim Academy
Premier Swim Academy is seeking an Instructional Lead to enhance the swim instruction program across locations. Under supervision of the Training Manager and General Manager, you will train and evaluate instructors, mentor staff, and support curriculum development to ensure consistent, high-quality lessons. You will help maintain TalentLMS, collaborate on new training modules, and travel to multiple locations to ensure training consistency and curriculum alignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Swim Academy
