Service Technician II (Assistant Maintenance)

Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) Requirements At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance at an apartment community. Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. Weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call twice a month. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
