Value Stream Manager

This Role Value Stream Manager at our Tulsa, OK facility. Responsible for optimizing value streams, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and maximizing customer value across cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Develop and maintain current‑state and future‑state value‑stream maps. Analyze waste and losses related to performance, labor, scrap, usage, and quality within the product’s value stream. Process optimization: design, manage materials and information flows, eliminate non‑value‑added activities. Apply problem‑solving tools, time studies, Kaizen, SMED, tags, SOP, OPL, 7WCM tools, root‑cause analysis, and MODAPTS methodology. Calculate losses, cost, and savings for improvement projects. Identify bottlenecks and constraints that affect value‑stream flow and velocity. Lead through influence, collaborating across manufacturing functions to build consensus and drive cost savings. Facilitate rapid improvement events to resolve bottlenecks and enhance efficiency. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management. 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. Preferred Skills and Experiences Lean background. Excellent communication skills. Value‑stream mapping expertise. Knowledge of low‑cost automation concepts. Product costing experience. Bill of Materials expertise. Ways of Working Always On Flexibility – autonomy to manage personal and outside‑of‑work commitments. Two‑Week Work from Anywhere – minimum of one‑week increments for a total of two weeks per year. Sabbatical – four weeks paid leave after every five years of service.
