This will include SharePoint administration, enhancements, operations and maintenance (O&M) tasks, and providing ad-hoc user support.Responsibilities include:Executing SharePoint tasks as necessary to maintain the environment in accordance with overall enterprise supportInteracting with end users to troubleshoot issues, gather and elucidate requirements, and explaining end user procedures and techniquesComplying with IT enterprise oversight requirementsPerforming all necessary functions required to maintain the SharePoint applicationQualificationsActive TS/SCI with polygraphTYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experienceRequired skills1. Demonstrated experience working in a training environment.2. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.3. Demonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration.4. Demonstrated experience developing WBTs, online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions.5. Demonstrated experience with the Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF as well as Dreamweaver, After Effects, or other similar software products.6. Demonstrated experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms; task management tools that provide browser-based access for team document libraries, calendars, task lists, alert, and schedules such as SharePoint or other similar software products.2.
